ENCORE ELECTRIC INC. is a family-owned business that began with Franck Cathelot, our President, as a sole proprietor in 1996. After incorporation in 1998, Franck partnered with an administrative professional from Wheaton and since has built a business that is known in the community for delivering quality electrical services in a prompt and friendly manner.
ABOUT FRANCK:
Franck was born and raised in central France, where he worked in various trades and developed a strong work ethic. It was there he first discovered his interest in electrical engineering. He graduated from a technical college in 1987 with a degree in Electrical Mechanical Technology, shortly afterward relocating to the United States.
After gaining valuable experience working for local general and electrical contractors, he sought his electrical license in 1996 and began as a sole proprietor. In 1998, the Encore Electric Inc. corporation was founded. His experience in various trades give him a solid understanding of proper construction and proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Franck is in continued pursuit of furthering his knowledge and education to provide the best and most up-to-date service and products available to Encore Electric’s customers. In his free time he spends time with family and loves to play guitar.
